Villa Bianca, designed by Peia Associati in 2014, is an award-winning minimalist home in Saint George’s Bay of Antiparos, Greece.
The design features clean rectangular forms, raw materials, and neutral colours. This double-level seaside home maximises natural light and spatial perspectives. Its orientation accounts for the sun’s path, wind direction, and sea views. The courtyard-style layout ensures privacy and protection from the elements while meeting functional needs.
