The House
Designed by Peia Associati in 2014, Villa Bianca is an award-winning minimalist seaside home located in Saint George’s Bay, Antiparos.The villa is defined by clean, rectangular volumes, raw materials and a restrained colour palette that reflects the natural tones of the Cyclades. Spread over two levels, the house is carefully oriented to follow the path of the sun, capture sea views and benefit from natural ventilation, offering a constant sense of light, openness and calm.
Its courtyard-based layout creates a protected and private living environment, shielding the interiors from wind while maintaining a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Space
Villa Bianca comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking both shared moments and personal privacy.Villa Bianca is divided into two main volumes: the Main House and the Guest House.
The architecture follows a modular system of interconnected spaces, each carefully proportioned to enhance spatial balance and human scale. At the heart of the house lies an elevated central courtyard, reached by a sculptural marble staircase that opens towards the garden and the sea beyond.
Every area is designed to be lived slowly: bright, airy interiors flow naturally into shaded outdoor spaces, inviting guests to move seamlessly between inside and outside throughout the day.
Architecture & Materials
Villa Bianca is recognised as a contemporary reference in modern Greek residential architecture. It received First Prize in the Residential Category at La Ceramica e il Progetto 2016 and has been featured in numerous international publications for its sensitive integration with the landscape.
The interiors and exteriors are unified by Brooklyn White concrete-look stoneware, creating a continuous surface that visually and physically connects all spaces. Sliding glass doors and adjustable wooden shutters, fully recessed into the walls, allow for complete openness or privacy as desired.
An innovative natural ventilation system ensures comfort across the seasons, reducing the need for artificial climate control and enhancing the villa’s sustainable character.
Guest Access
The villa is rented exclusively as a private residence.Guests have full access to the entire property, both indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay.
